New Year’s Challenge Groups – Triathlon, Running, Primal, Beachbody!!!

I am running a series of Challenge groups starting on January 2, 2012.  Below I have an option for almost everyone to start their year off on the right track.  Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle, complete a triathlon or running race, or some combination of those, there is a challenge group for you.  In these challenge groups, you will get FREE coaching from me, support from a private group of other challengers doing the same thing as you, and a solid nutrition and exercise plan.  With this format you will maximize your chances of sticking to your New Year’s resolution and/or your new season training plan and get better results than you ever thought possible.

Triathlon/P90X 90 Day Challenge Groups

These Challenge groups (starting January 2, 2012) are for triathletes looking to up their game this season. That may mean moving up to a longer distance or just increasing speed (or both). I have created custom training plans for several distances incorporating P90X for strength training. We will work on building your aerobic base as well as building strength for the season.  This will take you through the “base” period of your training season and leave you with a massive aerobic engine on which to build race specific speed. Running/P90X 90 Day Challenge Groups

These Challenge groups (starting January 2, 2012) are for runners looking to up their game this season. Think you are ready to tackle a half marathon or a full marathon or want to PR in those distances this year? This challenge is for you. I have created custom training plans for half marathon and marathon distances incorporating P90X for strength training. We will work on building your aerobic base as well as building strength for the season. This will take you through the “base” period of your training season and leave you with a massive aerobic engine on which to build race specific speed. 21-Day Primal Blueprint Challenge

These challenge groups (starting January 2, 2012) are for those that want to learn and benefit from the nutritional and lifestyle changes provided in Mark Sisson’s book “The Primal Blueprint”. You will follow Mark’s nutritional, exercise, and lifestyle protocol over the course of 21 days as described in his new “21 Day Total Body Transformation” guide book. Beachbody Challenge Groups

These challenge groups (starting January 2, 2012) are for those looking to get in shape and start the New Year off right. In these groups, you will pick a Beachbody workout program (P90X, P90X2, Insanity, TurboFire, etc) and join a private Facebook support group that will be coached by me throughout the challenge.
