My Les Mills Combat program has arrived!  I am so excited about starting this program!  It is SO “outside the box” for me and that scares me a little but it also excites me.

    I’ve done 3 workouts so far on it at time of your post…and absolutely love it….

    it’s funny how you think you’re in shape and can be…then you start a new workout and find muscles you haven’t even worked…..
