Beachbody Challenge Groups – New Groups Start Every Month!

THE NEXT GROUPS START ON November 5th, 2012

I will be starting new challenge groups every month as long as this post is active! Below I have an option for almost everyone with a special emphasis on the endurance athlete. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle, complete a triathlon or running race, or some combination of those, there is a challenge group for you. In these challenge groups, you will get FREE coaching from me, support from a private group of other challengers doing the same thing as you, and a solid nutrition and exercise plan. With this format you will maximize your chances of sticking to your plan and attaining your goals while getting better results than you ever thought possible.

90/10 Nutrition Challenge Groups

If you are not interested in doing a specific Beachbody workout program but want to join a challenge group, this is the group for you. Here, you can do the workout of your choice (train for a race, do your weekly zumba or spin class, chop wood in the backyard, hike in the mountains, or even do crossfit….gasp…) and drink Shakeology for nutrition. The challenge here is to nail your nutrition by focusing on eating whole, healthy foods for 90% of your intake. Each challenge is 60 days. Can you nail your nutrition for 60 days straight? This is where the real results come…abs are made in the kitchen.  This is now one of my most popular groups and people have consistently lost upwards of 15 pounds in the 90 days (some as high as 25 pounds) and changed their eating habits for good!

365 to 90/10 Nutrition Challenge Groups

What if, instead of asking you to do a 60 day or a 90 day challenge where you completely overhaul your nutrition cold turkey or start working out like crazy (or both), I asked you to commit one full year to me? What if we took the year to slowly make small changes each month until next year at this time, you had habits that were healthy and would last a lifetime? Would you be willing to commit to that to change your health for long term success? No magic pills, no sudden overhauls that are hard to stick to, just consistent small changes compounded over time. P90X2 Triathlon Challenge Groups

These Challenge groups are for triathletes looking to up their game this season and try out the all new P90X2 workout system. I have created custom training plans for several distances incorporating P90X2 for strength training. P90X2 is built for sports performance and compliments the endurance athlete’s plan like no other workout program. In this program, we will work on building your aerobic base as well as building strength and speed for the season. The first 90 days will take you through the “base” period of your training season and leave you with a massive aerobic engine on which to build race specific speed.  The second round of 90 days will build that race specific speed and muscular endurance that really puts the whole puzzle together. You will receive a FREE 90 day training plan and FREE personal coaching from me as well as support via a private Facebook group for all those that sign up for the challenge. These Challenge groups are for runners looking to up their game this season and try out the all new P90X2 workout system. Think you are ready to tackle a half marathon or a full marathon or want to PR in those distances this year?
