Challenge Groups

Below is a list of the upcoming challenge groups that we are offering at B.A.S.E. Training.

Don’t know what a challenge group is? Let me tell you!

A Challenge Group is a small group of people doing the same workout and/or nutrition program for a set period of time.  Each challenge has a private Facebook group for interaction and accountability.  Each group has it’s own rules and requirements so check below for the group that suits you best.

NOTE:  EACH CHALLENGE GROUP OFFERS A CASH PRIZE OF $100 TO THE BEST TRANSFORMATION (OR YOUR CHOICE OF SEVERAL WORKOUT PROGRAMS FOR FREE)!  ALSO, ASK ME HOW TO GET YOUR SHAKEOLOGY OR YOUR WORKOUT PROGRAM FOR FREE UP FRONT!

At the bottom of the page, there is a form you can fill out to get more info about a group or indicate you want to be in the group. If you have additional questions, don’t hesitate to contact us at ryan@tribasetraining.com or contact the coach on my team that sent you here. Also, feel free to sign up for more than one group. For instance, signing up for a 90/10 Nutrition Challenge and a workout based challenge is a great way to skyrocket your results.

Don’t see a group for the program you want to do?  No problem, I can find you a group for that program.  Just ask!





Upcoming Start Dates:  April 15th and 29th

The challenge here is to nail your nutrition by focusing on eating whole, healthy foods for 90% of your intake. Each challenge is 8 weeks. Can you nail your nutrition for 8 weeks straight? This is now one of my most popular groups and people have consistently lost upwards of 15 pounds in the 90 days (some as high as 25 pounds) and changed their eating habits for good!  See the success stories HERE.  Fill out the form below to join the group or to get more info.  You can also see more info on these groups HERE.





Upcoming Start Dates:  April 17th (with Carl Daikeler)

These challenges are only 21 days long and start on Wednesdays.  21 days to reset your body and cleanse it of toxins.  This program is incredible.  I personally lost 17 pounds in three weeks on this program and the photos below are of coach Michael Vincent during his 21 days on the reset.  Um…hello?  Do you see those results?  This program WORKS…no question.  Use the form below to sign up or get more info.

In this group, we have a choice of programs.  You can either do Les Mills Pump or Les Mills Combat…or, we even have a hybrid of the two programs! Both of these programs are super high energy and fun and the workouts are amazing. I have been doing Combat myself and honestly have never had so much fun with a workout!  Use the form at the bottom of the page to sign up!

In this challenge group, you can pick from ANY of Tony Horton’s workout programs!  Short on time?  Try 10-minute trainer.  Just starting out?  Try Power 90 (the predecessor to P90X).  Ready to crank it up a notch?  Try P90X or P90X2.  There is something for everyone in this group!  Check out my buddy Marc’s before and after pics from P90X and P90X2 below.  Use the form below for more info or to sign up.

In this group, you can pick from ANY of Shaun T’s workout programs!  Like to dance for your workout?  Try Rockin’ Body or Hip Hop Abs.  Like high intensity interval training and pushing yourself to the limit?  Insanity is for you.  If you want to perform better at just about any sport, check out Asylum 1 or 2.  Again, there is something for just about everyone in this group.  No one motivates like Shaun T.  Use the form below to get more info or sign up!
