THE NEXT GROUPS START ON June 4, 2012
I will be starting new challenge groups every month as long as this post is active! Below I have an option for almost everyone with a special emphasis on the endurance athlete. Whether your goal is to lose weight, increase muscle, complete a triathlon or running race, or some combination of those, there is a challenge group for you. In these challenge groups, you will get FREE coaching from me, support from a private group of other challengers doing the same thing as you, and a solid nutrition and exercise plan. With this format you will maximize your chances of sticking to your plan and attaining your goals while getting better results than you ever thought possible.
P90X2 Triathlon Challenge Groups
These Challenge groups are for triathletes looking to up their game this season and try out the all new P90X2 workout system. I have created custom training plans for several distances incorporating P90X2 for strength training. P90X2 is built for sports performance and compliments the endurance athlete’s plan like no other workout program. In this program, we will work on building your aerobic base as well as building strength and speed for the season. The first 90 days will take you through the “base” period of your training season and leave you with a massive aerobic engine on which to build race specific speed. The second round of 90 days will build that race specific speed and muscular endurance that really puts the whole puzzle together. 90/10 Nutrition Challenge Groups
If you are not interested in doing a specific Beachbody workout program but want to join a challenge group, this is the group for you. Here, you can do the workout of your choice (train for a race, do your weekly zumba or spin class, chop wood in the backyard, hike in the mountains, or even do crossfit….gasp…) and drink Shakeology for nutrition. The challenge here is to nail your nutrition by focusing on eating whole, healthy foods for 90% of your intake. Each challenge is 60 days. Can you nail your nutrition for 60 days straight?
